Drumgasms? (not dirty I swear haha)

I know everybody on here has heard of the guitargasm those guitarists get, you know what i'm talking about, if not youtube John Frusciante and check out a solo. Just in their own little utopian guitar sex world. Has anyone on here ever meshed so well at a jam or maybe even by yourself that you get that feeling? I know I have, all my senses like heighten and I feel elevated. Every hit, roll, paradiddle fill, cymbal hit feels like the perfect thing to do, like at that moment in time, maybe even in the grand scheme of things that that is exactly what you should be doing and it just blows your mind. I hope I don't sound crazy or like a freak hippy (damn hippies) but has anyone else experienced this?!?!

Yes!! It's like your just in the zone and you can't do wrong. Everything's in perfect time, and you feel like you were born in the pocket. It doesn't happen much, but when it does you can be sure that it's not being video taped lol. Funny how that happens.

I feel like that every now and then. Pretty frequently, I think.
It's probably because I don't own a set of my own yet, so when I'm there in the studio doing shit I never knew I could, I just kinda lose myself in the music.
Does sound kinda hippy-ish, but whatever. Laughing
