Does anyone use these? My Physics teacher showed me one at the A-Level options evening.

He said that it improves wrist flexibility and overall arm strength.

i've used one

you pull a ripchord type thing to start it rotating, then you have to rotate your wrist and arm along with it to continue the momentum

Yeah thats it. Apparently they are really good for drumming and a whole range of other things.

I picked up a basic one off Amazon for £10
