 Daniel Erlandsson
This guy is incredible. He's the drummer for Arch Enemy and Carcass (They're reuniting!). His brother Adrian is the drummer for Brujeria and Nemhain but has been in Cradle of Filth, The Haunted, and At the Gates.

Ken Owen was who played for Carcass, but he had a stoke or something to that effect so Daniel is playing the reunion shows.
Arch Enemy is OK, but they were a disapointing follow up to Carcass

Compared to Carcass yes, but they're still good, that girl can sing with the best of the death metal singers.

It's the same thing with At the Gates/the Haunted. The Haunted is a good band, but a huge step down from At the Gates
I like the older Arch Enemy stuff more, not so into the past couple albums

his drum solo on the "live apocolypse" dvd. is quite possibly the best "metal" drum solo around. Its perfect, not to over the top. just brilliant

He has an amazing Pearl set. Those 24x18 bass drums are like cannons!

His solo in the DVD was extremely bad!!!
really i've heard amazings solos from daniel & the perform on the DVD really sucks compared with the perform that arch enemy did before...
for example the "wages of sin" tour was simply amazing, the drum solo was much better than the "new solo".
Even without talk about the line-up of arch enemy with Johan Liiva singing & Peter Wildoer playing drums (Stigmata)

= Badass!
I saw them at ozzfest like 2 years ago on the 2nd stage, everyone was moshing and kicking up rocks and gravel and there was dust getting kicked up everywhere, it was awesome!
Him and his brother are highly skilled
