 What is required...
...to start up my own personal studio????
I have a pretty decent laptop which has Cubase on it but I wanna start to be able to record from the comfort of my own bedroom and I have no idea what to get hardware wise..

I have a FirePod, too. For mic's, I have an Audix D6 for my kick, Shure SM57 for the snare, two Shure PG56 tom mic's, and two Audio Technica AE5100 overheads. I also use Tama mic' stands.
You can see a full list of my DAW on my MySpace.

Huh, snobs! I'm rolling on the Acer Aspire 3680-2022(can you say Cosmic Percussion), but I at least doubled another 512 stick, so I got over a gig!

Pretty much.
You'll want to get an external 7200rpm hard drive, too.

Look for deals. I bought my FirePod and power conditioner, in an SKB four space rack, for $350 shipped. It was a year old, but you wouldn't know by looking at it.

Two guys work in a US hanger servicing aircrafts
They get bored so drink fuel as an alternative to alcohol
This gets them very drunk and they have a party
morning after first guy wakes up feelin amazing
he phones his accomplice to find out how he is
2nd guy: (sounding unsure) "i'm feeling absolutely awesome"
1st guy: "you sure? you don't sound ok"
2nd guy: "well...................have ya farted yet??"
1st guy: "no....why???"
2nd guy: "don't!! im in norway!"
