This music store near me is selling a 10" Meinl splash for $15. I don't remember what kind it was. But is this a good price for one of Meinl's cymbals since brand new they are pretty expensive?

Not if it's MCS........ Which for $15 unless it's damaged is probably what it is...

For $15 it can't be a Byzance unless it's damaged or they're crazy... If it's anything but an MCS or HCS, then there's something fishy.
