Does it go paint and then drill, or drill and the paint?

From readin a lot of PJ's posts you would want to apply paint, wrap or whatever type of finish you're doing before drilling.

If you're using paint, paint then drill. That way you don't have to worry about the paint running through the holes. Even taped off, paint can creep to the inside of the shell.
