Hey guys,

I have a Yamaha DD55C 7 Pad Digital Drum machine I use for demos at home with my laptop & Pro-Tools. It uses any type of piano sustain pedal for the kick and hi-hat controls. I have a Roland KD-7 bass trigger pad(inverted beater) and a FD-7 high hi hat pedal that I would like to use instead of the sustain pedals. Any idea on how to get them to work? I have tried hooking them up to the Yamaha and they make no sound. Is it polarity or something? Should I try a different type of cable? Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!
