 Drum rudiments?
Do you guys practice all 40 drum rudiments each day? im new at drumming and i wanted to know..

For me, not all 40; just the ones I use most often...
Paradiddles (and inverted)
Paradiddle-diddles
six-stroke roll
double-stroke roll and variations (5,7,9, 13, 10, 17, etc.)
Flam variations
etc.
Also, not in a disciplined, regimented way. Just casually.
Though, that would be good for a beginner.

If you want to really learn them, only focus on a few at a time.

I also work on hybrid rudiments like cheeses, dachadas, flam fives, flam sevens, etc. etc. etc.

i was only introduced ot rudiments the other day (rubbish drum teacher got replaced) i am working on, flam sumthing (lRLRrLRL), triple stroke, buzz roll, and double stroke, oh and paradiddle of course.

Singles, doubles, and flams. Learn those first. Until you have control over them you'll be wasting time with the more complex rudiments.

practice them often man, i lost alot of skill by just forgeting about them a long time ago and now i have to re-learn alot of things!

Thanks for the advices! Now I gonna start playing the single stroke roll, buzz roll , double strokes, flams and single paradiddle about 3-4 mins each day at 120 bpm

Negative. Leave the buzz roll out and reduce the speed to 60bpm until you can play cleanly. Then move it up by 2bpm a day, staying at any difficult BPM until you're comfortable at it.

It's useful, but you should be able to control a double-stroke first so your double's don't turn into buzz rolls.
Not only will playing slow improve your timing, like Drumur said, it will also increase your control.

Ok then I'll listen to your tips anyway you probably know what your talking about. So only 60bpm with quarter notes ? Because on my metronom i have the bpm and then i can add sounds in between like eight notes sixteenth

Yep, Quarter Note = 60bpm. It's always helpful to set the divisions up.
