 Humidifier
I have also wonder what a himidifier would do to a set. would it make the sound of the drumset more rich if i were to use a himidifier? Would it be a good idea to get one, and if so where?

You must be wearing your "Bad Idea" jeans today. As Scrogs said, dampness/humidity will corrode your hardware over time. My old Rogers kit that sat in my basement for years will attest to that. As a result, in the summer I keep a de-humidifier going every day in the basement, so my new drums stay purdy. I would imagine that shells could also warp with excessive dampness, but I'm only guessing at that one.

that's almost as bad of an idea as multiband shows.

If your drums develop sleep apnea a humidifier might be a good thing, otherwise humidity can warp shells, and rust chrome.
