i was wondering if anyone has played either of those chinas
Generation-X Filter China 16 or
Classics China 16

i'm more interested in the filter because i love the sound

i'm only 16 and currently waiting for Jewel to call me back for an interview =D
so that being said, i'm extremely low on money

i am a huge fan of the filter chinas
im planning on ordering the whole set.
i haven't tried the classic series yet
the filters are going to be a lot softer of a tone
than a traditional china due to the way they are made.

I have a 16" Classics, and it's ok. Nothing like the sound clip on the Meinl website, but its a good china. I'm assuming the filter china will sound way better however, but If you have a chance to buy the classics china, I'd get it.

The classics is more of a white noise type of cymbal. Kind of like the ones Daniel Erlandsson has
