 Hanging cymbal?
Hey guys,
I've seen a few drummer who play with a ride hanging from a boom rather than it upright. I tried it the other day and it didn't work, the small arm which holds the cymbal fell out (But I put it back in). Will it work with a boom arm which is just one and not a few bits assembled together?

I'd do it for splashes or chinas 16" or lower so it won't hit the stand!

I keep just enough felt on the stands that i thighten the wingnuts all the way and my cymbal moves as i like it too. the wingnuts are tightened down so much they dont budge. try using less felt and tighten the wingnut all the way down.

Blastbeats produce excess heat.
