 OK I have £370 ($740)
What cymbals should I get?
I have to get:
1 hi hats
1 ride
1 crash
(at least)
So far Im thinking of getting Paiste Alpha hihats and ride, paiste 2002 crash, paiste twenty splash.
Any suggestions?

Istanbuls are a good choice and a good price. Why not consider a good crash/ride instead of that 2nd crash?

Paiste 2002's are great cymbals, and I've heard good things about the Alpha's too. I don't any experience with the Twenty's though.
Istanbul's are great cymbals, but IDK how they'll do for rock situations. They are kinda aimed at softer music, because they don't just explode, they have tons of wonderful nuance.
G'luck.

I would suggest going for a cymbal pack! You can get some great deals with them! At the moment, Sabian's AAX pack comes with a free 8" splash

Check out the new Zildjian K Hybrids for their hihat. For crash, I'll go with any A customs and Ride, i'll go with A Ping Ride or A custom Sweet Ride, but they will cost more than your budget...

Oh... Plus one... You should try to go to ebay. They might be cheaper there and so you could get more cymbals or hardwares for your drums.
