right now i have a set of zildjian ZxT's and a zbt rock crash. ill soon be buying a new kit and would like to be upgrading the cymbals as well. i really want something i can do some crash-riding on. ive checked out the paiste pst5 rock package but im not sure how crashing on the ride sounds. i was also considering just spending the same amount of money on just a meinl byzance traditional ride (which im positive crashing on it is great), then later adding on some other cymbals when i have more money. any suggestions/feedback?

well im not really planning on spending more than about $350 on cymbals right away

check ebay if your looking for a few really good cymbals. instead of getting paiste 5 upgrade higher then that like even if its just 1 vcymbal. so id say go with that ride u want.

ok ya sounds like a good idea because i wont replace that one really good cymbal (unless it cracks ) but i would eventually upgrade even more if i got something like pst5s
