Paiste 2oo2 15" Hi Hat

I have a 15" 2oo2 crash which was once 18" at some time in its life and im thinking of trying to find a 15" 2oo2 hi hat bottom on ebay or somewhere and merge the two together to create the prime sound of 15" 2oo2 hi hats.......will this work or should i hang in there for a paired set of 15" 2oo2 hi hats?
any ideas?

They wont match. Get the 15 hats.
