Post Diamonds/intro
Ello all,

I've been lurking around here for a few months. Been playing for about 9 years, went to music school for two years in Saint Paul, currently working at a music store in Wisconsin. I've been using Zildjian and Sabian so far in my short career, and stumbled upon Saluda through this board. Great prices, great flexibility, won me over.

(Currently using 14" new beats, 13" k/z, 17" k custom fast crash, 18" aax dark crash, 18" hhx studio crash, 21" hh raw bell dry ride...ludwig classic maples, mapex balck panther)

I just put in an order for some Diamonds:

14" regular hats
17" medium-thin crash
20" medium-thin ride

Sound I'm shooting for is Alchemy.

Jamie has been great with helping me identify which series to go with, and I am very excited for them to come and can't wait to get some pictures on here when the time comes.

Does anyone else have experience with the Diamond series?

Welcome to the Saluda family, jranks! I've owned 3 Diamond Crashes, and currently have 2 Diamonds on my kit, an 18" Brilliant Medium and an 18" Brilliant Rock. I love the sound out of both of them, and wouldn't trade them for the world. I can't compare them to Alchemy, as I've never played any of those, though, sorry.

Tell Jamie I said "Hi".
