 Stainless steel drumstick
Hey, guys! Recently I bought a stainless steel drumstick and was just wondering if i would break my cymbals and drum heads if i use them coz i heard from many people your cymbals aren't allowed to be struck by another piece of metal or something like it.. Will it crack my cymbals or anything or should I use it just for practicing on pads? Thanks.

Im no expert but, unless they have some sort of coating/cover like the titanium sticks i would NOT be game on even thinking about that. Also, wouldnt they be quite heavy, being steel, so you would be hitting harder, with metal on metal... it just doesnt sound liek a good combination... good marketing technique though "unbreakable sticks!"

If you hit metal with metal, you'll end up with broken metal. Not too bright.
