Looks like it could be a 16"x20". That's Marty Beller. He uses small bass drums all the time. Check this one out:

That's my video! Haha.
Yeah I love Marty Beller. Met him at the show. I was drum-illiterate at the time, but if I ever meet him again, I will ask him about everything! Haha.
Also, I play rock/punk, do you think that size bass drum is too small for that? (The silver sparkle DW one.)

Oh wow! Small world. I don't even remember how I stumbled upon that video.
Are you referring to the one in the first video or the second? Cause the second one is definitely too small! Obviously he used that one for the bookstore gig to keep the volume down. The first one is DW so it's probably pretty loud even for a small drum, but if you're playing with a lot of louder instruments you will probably want something a little larger. Marty's just playing with the Johns so there's not a whole lot he has to be heard over top of.

Could be. I'm not very good at guessing dimensions. What do you think the drum in that second video is?

I'd like to know the drum size in the second video too. Ever since I saw him I've always wanted to re-create that drumset.
