 Hospital visit....
Ya, I had to take a ride in the box. At fire school, we had PT. 2 mile run, 4 towers, 60 push ups, 40 sit ups...I've been sick for a week and the combo of poor hydration, a cold, and 90 degree weather...yup, I blacked out. It sucked. Now no PT for a week, per the doctor....I'm in suckville

Sounds like basic. how fast do you have to do the 2 mile in?
Suckville...crappy place...isnt that near blow town?
A whole week, will that put you back at all? How long is fire training...?

Thing is, he has to run it with a 100lb coil of hose around his waist.
I dunno...It's kinda like the visual of a piece of toilet paper stuck to your belt...only different.

DBK, think of it as a nice chance to relax and play some drums You'll be back out there before you know it!

Thanks guys. Sometimes they will make us run all together with a hose but today it was just every man for himself and that whole workout I just talked about was done in about 40 minutes. I don't know if that's fast or slow but I could have handled it had I not been sick I feel dumb for fallin out like that but I didn't have much control over it I guess.
And suckville is just past blow town, right on the borders of f*ckederton.

DRINK MORE WATER. I cannot emphasize enough just how important remaining properly hydrated at all times is if you're exerting yourself a lot.
Hope you feel better soon man!

Ah, it happens to the best of them. I got faith in you bro, chill out for a bit, and dive back in!
Like Alan and othrs said, water! Other than that, try and pace yourself instead of the initial burst. I have no idea what you actually have to go through, just offering advise.
Take care.
