Shell Custom Acrylic Snares?

I was browsing eBay for some acrylic snares and came across this

Anyone have any idea why those drums are so inexpensive? They look legit to me (the logo on them could use some work but hey, id buy one.)

i dunno man...
they dont have a website or anything...
im ocd about that sorta thing, i like to do my research before i buy
who knows. maybe they have a deal with rci or something
