I have a DW4000 double pedal and honestly, I'm not impressed with it. I've had it for 4 years and I really think it's time for a new one.

But from everyone I know that has a Pearl, they make terrific double pedals at all levels of experience.

tama iron cobra jr. a little bit more expensive but once you adjust everything and play on them for a few days they're pretty cool.

I use a Groove Percussion double pedal I got on Ebay real cheap. I got some better beaters and the stiffest springs i could find and it's been going strong for me for over a year. I've seen some Gibraltars on Ebay that go for about $90-110 including shipping. The Dixon's that someone mentioned above are a good price for double chain. If you can invest about $160 I'd go with the Pearls mentioned a few times, but if you're around $100 I'd probably scan ebay for a good set.

Here is some deals , BP= Bass pedal, im sure you get that but who knows.
From a pretty good drum shop they have a decent selection of used cymbals as well he can send you a list or tell him what your looking for very good price , usually a little cheaper than ebay.

Email Eric his email address is:
erik@cymbalfusion.com

store is
CymbalFusion.com

Oh FYI - he doesn't list everything on his store. If you see something you like email him and ask the condition of it. some are barely used , some are used , and he does stock new items as well.

You get what you pay for so why not just try to save up money for a nice one so you
dont have to start saving for a better one once you get better.
