dude, look on craigslist. I got a used DW 5000 for 200$ in awesome condition. Look for good deals on used gear that isn't beat up to bad. Its the only way to go! I think brand new gear is overated!

MAPEX. I got my mapex double pedal for either 175 or 210 (cant remember, but i think it was 175) brand new. Im sorry that i cant remember the name of it, but its the one with the yellow base, and a single chain. I love them, there very smoth, and very durable. For the price there is no way to beat them.

Im too lazy to check, but i think thats the one my old school band used, i hated it so much, it felt really cheap and like i was gunna break it all the time. That why i love my mapex so much, they seem super strong and still are light enough to get some speed on.

I oppologize, i didnt realize the cost of the pedal went to 250 sumthing. Its still a great pedal though. The DW7000 is an awesome pedal for about 210 i think, any cheaper and its not very good. Craigslist or ebay may be a good idea.

You're thinking of the old Powershifters.
The P122TW are damn good pedals for the price. REALLY solid, especially compared to the old Powershifters.
