I just found some G2s in the closet. They have been on my dad's kit before, but weren't in a too bad condition. It made the drums sound much fatter than with the original everplays... Soon I'll put on some EC2 heads I think, now I know that 2 ply heads work for this kit too. I didn't like them on my dad's XPK.

Now I'm just wondering if the difference between G2s and EC2s is big or if it's just basically a more controlled sound in the EC2 heads?
