There are many places that do custom drum heads... google it. You could also maybe paint it on. G'luck.

Drumart.com is probably the best bet. They do touch up work to JPEG's you send in and include it in the price of the head. Also they have an option to create a vinyl decal that you place over the entire drumhead, so if you have more than one set it's easy to change without swapping drumheads.
