Post good second snare 
wots a good effect snare to have as like an alternative/second on the side nxt to my hi hats???
i was thinkin mayb the pearl firecracker 10'x5' or the PDP 805 series
any ideas on some good snares?

TOCA Timbale Snare or Jingle Snare. No extra stand needed, it just mounts on a clamp (included). I have one of each.

it depends on what sound you want? Sonor Jungle Snare 10x2" is cheap and cool. If you're looking for something expensive maybe a maple 12x7" from Pearl or Premier?
