 Paiste Wild cymbals
Paiste have realised the 2002 'Wild' range, designed for modern metal music.
I bought the 'Wild Hats' last week and I'm simply blown away by the sound. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I'm going to buy the splash tomorrow
Has anyone bought anything from this range?
Don't you agree with me?

The wild crashes are pretty good -in particular the 19" crash. This is the thickest of the 2002 breed after the Rock line. And now that they have the Rude line mixed with the Wild type, only time will tell how cool those cymbals can get. I want one of those Wild Rude crashes.

The thickest 2oo2 crash is the power crash followed by the medium crash. The 2oo2 wild crash is designated medium in weight just like the regular 2oo2 crash.

alright, ive not played it as part of my kit yet but once i have a chance to set it up i will.
it is actually a 20" , someone typoed on ebay so i dunno if i got it a bit cheaper but, yeah its 20"
I shall use it as my main ride seeing as i like to accent and crash on it alot.
its bloody awesome tbh, so shiny

I'm thinking of buying the 2002 14" Wild Hats, they sound kind of trashy or whatever the adjective is. Really cool semi-open sound! I don't think I'll ever have a chance to try them out though Anyone want to comment on them?
