Post trigger module
I'm triggering my kicks and, although I think I know what triggers I’m going for (Roland rt-10k), I don't know which module I want. I would prefer if it didn't cost a crapload of money, but it needs room for two kicks. I don’t know a whole lot about triggers so if there is anything I really need to know feel free to tell me.

I'm sure that there is a handful of modules that may be better for you being that you only need it for the kicks, but the only one that i've used in the past is the Alesis DM5. there pretty cheap if you look around for a used one.
hope that helps.

My kick triggers go into 2 tom inputs. You can edit anything to make something sound the way you want it and can literally change the brain from it being a tom to a kick.

Yamaha dtxpress' is the module for me. 125 bux on ebay shipped. I suggest looking there.

It'll be easier to adjust the parameters and avoid double triggering on the Yamaha or a less expensive Roland brain than on the DM5....

I would suggest going with new on an electronic item....you never know what the previous owner did to that and it may be at a very critical time when you find out!

Previous owner had settings that i changed very easily.

Do you have a brain in your head? Then ya'll can work out the kinks in buying used stuff and save a ton of money...
