Does anyone know much about these? I'm thinking about doing a part exchange with me my 21" A sweet ride for one of these. I want a ride I can crash on with a good bell.

And before you say "listen to it on the site" or "try it out at your store" I don't live near a drum shop and I have listened to the sound clips on the website and they sound good. I was wondering if any of you have heard tales of these sounding terrible or easily splitting.
