A question here for those of you who use weights on your beaters. Where are you placing them? I've been placing mine directly in the middle of the beater shaft. Are you placing them closer to the head of the beater?

I have mine all the way down. I had it all the way up at the beater for a while but I didn't like the throw off of the head.
