Post Blast Beat
I've been trying to improve my blast beat, does anyone know any bands/tuition books or cds or dvds that can help?

Book: Stick Control for the Snare Drummer by: Lawrence Stone
Videos: Derek Roddy's Endurance/Speed Exercises (can be found on his site and youtube)

start off slow with the BB's and work your way up. Thats pretty much the only way. But do check out those videos and books, it will increase your speed control and endurance.
