Designed for loose tuning to get depth and punch with no over-ring. This head is sealed around the edge to create that really deep sound on toms. No muffling needed.
I’ve had these drum skins for about 5 months now. They tuned very easily and sounds great on a lower class drum set. Now that I’m purchasing a new drum set with different sized heads I need new skins, Though these heads are great they are a little pricey and I think I’m going to try out the Remo Pinstripes. If your not a drummer who wants to spend time tunning your kit, these skins are for you. Great skins, OK price, no regrets buying them.
