The DW Drums 5100 Standard-Height Throne has a 13″ top with a 3″-thick seat. The 5100 drum throne has an oversized locking nut, full-sized 1-1/8″ double-braced base, and swivel height adjustment.
I like this throne because for the money, it has a fairly comfortable seat. This seat is more padded then the comparably priced ones I tried out. It also has a slightly larger diameter. Its very sturdy and easy to adjust. I am able to sit back and play double-bass, heel-up while staying fairly balanced.
