The Paiste Rude Crash Ride Cymbal is raw and funky with excellent cutting power.
This cymbal sounds alright as a ride, I had to use it until my K Custom Session ride came in. Once that came, I started using it as a crash. It sounds good to funk and rock, especially funky rock. I finally made a two inch crack from the edge curving to the right. This still sounds good broken. If anything, the floating piece of metal adds sizzle to it once caught behind itself on a particularly hard shot to the fragment. Great buy, lasts long, always sounds good.
