I placed this thing above and between my snare and my 13″ high tom and it is definitely and awesome filler tom. Its small and easily wedges right where I can start a nice roll and also tag my crash at the same time. The stock drumhead has a lot of unwanted echoe but I purchased a remo weatherking pinstripe head and put a remo tone control ring on it and it just molds right in with the rest of the set. I also bought a boom/tom stand which saved me a lot of space. I highly recommend it for those who want another tom without the bulk of a drum rack or tom stand!
