These beaters are the best out there. I have an Iron Cobra single pedal with one of these. When I bought a DW 5000 as my backup pedal, I found that I hated the pedal, but then I realized that it was just the beater. I still barely ever use it. Naturally, when I bought a DW 8000 double pedal (which is AWESOME), I got felt Tama beaters. The difference is phenomenal. The lighter weight of these beaters makes them a lot faster, and you still get all the punch (And then some) of a DW beater. Bottom line, buy this.
