These new drums recall the Superstar drums of the ’80s, while setting a new standard for professional drums at an intermediate price. Shells have birch interior plies for power and great projection, with basswood inner and outer plies providing a beautiful, consistent finish. Precision-cut, double-beveled bearing edges; die-cast hoops; and the Star-Cast mounting system for free, natural shell resonance.
