I can get it set up in under 15 mins from the cases. At shows I typically start assembling it off stage during the band right before us.
For now I'm keeping them grouped together.

Jeez. I feel bad for the people in the front row at outdoor concerts. Poor guys will be blinded by the sun commen off that thing.
