The only dumb question is one you don't ask.
What you'll need to do is transfer the pics from your camera to your computer. I'm going to assume you know how to do that.
Okay, your best bet for pics is Photobucket.

You'll want to sign up for a new account. Once you've done that, you can log in whenever you want, and upload your photos to your account. They are all kept in one handy spot, and you can even make sub-folders to divvy your pics up by content.
Now, once you're all set there, upload a few pics. Photobucket will direct you right through it, and you'll get the hang of it quickly, trust me. When you look at the pics, you'll see three types of code underneath each pic. These codes are for posting on different websites/messageboards/forums.
For these boards (and this is important), you'll need the "IMG" code. You can tell which one it is, it starts and finishes with these: [ ]
All you have to do is copy that "IMG" code into one of your posts here, and you'll be all linked up to your pic! For example, here is the raw code for one of my pics. It will create a link, but not display the picture:
