what's the difference?

Correct me if im wrong, but the dw5000 series come in turbo and accelerator, and the difference is that the turbos'have the footboard set at a greater angle, and the accelerators have a lesser of a footboard angle. But on the 9000s you can adjust this setting.

You can adjust the angle of DW5000 footboards, just not independently of beater angle.
