I am pursuing a set of pintech woven head electronic pads and I need to find a good beginners module that will work with them. If anyone has any advice or have used these pads before, your experience will be apprecitated. Also I am new to electronics so please post in lamens terms...lol. Thanks in advance to all replies!!

You can use the pintech brain that they sell , but it is crap , I would go with a roland brain, if you can get at least a used td-10 with the expanded card that would be ideal. Your cymbals will sound 10 times better. Other wise , if your just gonna mess around try a td 8. Thye sell on ebay for around 3-400.00

I have no expirence with yamaha, other then screwing with them at drum shops, I never liked them , but thats my 2 cents.
