Getting Endorsed...

Does anyone know the process of getting endorsed. my guitarist just got endorsed from an indy guitar company. they gave him 2 guitars. it was possible for him cuz he had a friend of a friend. AND being a great guitarist. now how can i can endorsed from an indy drum company? or any drum company

be really awesome, play a whole lot of shows decent size shows..
have a good fan following
have your music recorded so you can send it to the company of your choice
and cross your fingers
