Good sabian cymbals for metal type drumming.
Ok well i bought a pro m drum set a while ago which i love but just had enough for a pair of crap zildjian zxt cymbals. I now want to get high end cymbals and i want ones that are good for metal drumming (i love lamb of god).
Thanks,

I'd suggest AAX. theyre bright sound makes them perfect for cutting through the wall of distorted guitars. They just shimmer, I absolutely love AAX cymbals.
I'v also heard great things about the vault series, but never tried them/ I know derek roddy endorses them

I play AAX cymbals. A 16" and 19" AAXPlosion along with an 18" AAX Metal Crash. I use them for everything I play, not just metal.

Ok thanks alot guys. I was thinking of getting these 2 packs (both aax). One comes with 14 inch hi hats, 16 inch crash and a 20 inch ride.http://www.lamusic.ca/default.asp?szNav=Product&PID=6134
And the other one is a effects pack that would come with a 10 inch splash and a 18 inch chinese. http://www.lamusic.ca/default.asp?szNav=Product&PID=6303
After those i would save up a bit more to get a 24 inch ride 18 inch crash and mabey 8 or 12 inch splash to complete the set. What do you guys think?

APX is their new 'loud' cymbal, but I've never hit one, so I don't know if they're any good. AAX is great though.

AAX - They're the most durable cymbals i've found for heavier music from any of the companies
i think the crashes sound great ( i used an 18 and 19 inch stage crash)
Chris Pennie uses them and even though it doesn't matter so much now, if they can make it through a Dillinger Escape Plan set they'll probably make it through yours
