I'd say PST5, XS20, then B8. But PST5/XS20 are both just as good, it's mostly personal preference there.

most if not all manufactures stamp the serial number and manufactures name onto the cymbal (embedded)

These series of cymbal are more beginner/intermediate. I don't think you would have to worry too much about fakes here. The vintage and boutique cymbal markets are where this concern is more valid.

same as said above. from what i've seen, PST 5 offers a slightly wider selection of cymbal styles than XS20
