I need some help on picking cymbals
Ok so I have the Sabian Xs series. I know... they're pretty much the worst sabians you can get. I'm looking to eventually upgrade so that I will never have to upgrade again (besides a cymbal breaking). After watching chris adler, I really want to get a nice set of meinl cymbals. I was wondering, which series is better...Sound Caster or Byzance? To anyone that has them, do both series sound good mixed together? What would you recommend as my first meinl cymbal? (I'm gonna have to upgrade one by one since I'm low on money)

Byzances are some of the best cymbals on the market. If you can get those..you should, you wont be sorry. I really want some of those myself..

I noticed that meinl and zildjians are in the same price range. So I'm thinking on which ones I should get.

Actually, I don't really like the sounds from the zildjians or the sabians so I'm definitely going to go with Meinl.

I'm kinda not sure once again. I have the Sabian Xs series. I love the way the crashes and high hats sound. I was thinking about maybe just buying more from the Xs series and replacing the crappy ride cymbal with a better sabian series. My main reasoning with this option is that Meinl's are really freakin expensive.
I'm gonna go to my local store to test out the Meinl cymbals one more time.

Champagne tastes on a beer budget.
Take your favorite crash to the store with you, that way you'll be able to tell how the cymbals there will sound with your set.

Well I couldn't resist the meinl's. Today I bought a Byzance 10 inch splash. It sounds orgasmic.
