Here I am at 4 in the morning...hmmm....rather bored watching metal mania on vh1. Got the weekend off and it is nice. Can't play my drums because ....well it's 4 in the morning. Insomnia sucks! I actually have a Rolland electric kit!!! I should ask my dad if I could borrow it with our little piano amp!!! Such a good idea! I could play all night with head phones if I had to.

On the road, when we used to take it out, it was called the "10 speed"! its very light and easy to setup and take down. We could even store the set in out closet here at work....hmmmmmmmmmm. Damn, how cool would that be?????

I'm sorry that the alcohol, tobacco, and pharmaceutical lobbyists control the US government into steering away from saner laws regarding the personal consumption and cultivation of a plant. 42 BILLION dollars a year to keep prohibition intact. IMO, with as much suffering as the alcohol, tobacco, and pharma industries bring onto people every DAY, with equal zeal and fervor alcohol and tobacco (at least) should be made highly illegal and big penalties imposed upon those who would seek to imbibe in such substances.

Besides, why do we treat a health issue (substance dependency) as a criminal offense? I suppose using that line of logic we ought to incarcerate pregnant teens.

I'm not in any way advocating drug use but rather reflecting upon the highly f'd up situation regarding our current paradigm.

Anyway, I made my mother a huge brunch this morning, took two hours to prepare, then an hour to clean up. But hey, it's mother day and she deserves it...

wen I get baked out of my mind I usually wanna play drums. I'll smoke a bowl with the intent of playing some video games or watching a movie, but once i get blazed I wanna draw, learn new drum grooves, play drums, sand and paint/stain drumsticks, go down to the beach, take a walk etc. I hear all too much about lazy stoners that get high and sit on theyre asses. I dont like to sit on my ass as it is. But once i smoke I REALLY dont wanna sit on my ass and do nothing. I guess everyones different

I hope that you are refering to some other COP that you have had contact with. If you are refering to me then look elsewhere. If you want to smoke dope then more power to you. I don't necessarily agree with the laws on weed but I enforce them because they are just that...the LAW! And as far as trusting people with guns...take a minute and think about who you want to save your ass when someone has you held up with a gun. Someone with a club or someone with a gun that knows how to use it. Think about it!! If you want to be a victim....go ahead!
