Better on your wrists, and you get more attack out of a drum if it's not angled like crazy.

Nice color on the kit though man.

Flatter, but not flat.

You should, how should I put this, maybe think about not playing like a wild bashing caveman hunting down his night's meal. Hitting too hard actually makes your gear sound worse, not to mention the incredible wear and tear you're putting on your body. I know, I know, you're getting into it. I'm not saying you shouldn't, just that you might want to tone it down before an injury forces you to.

Cool kit! Not my fav colour, but hey, not my kit Smile
Its mean looking though. Is that a 20 diameter x 22 legnth kick?

Since when does the angle of the toms have anything to do with the genre of music? Come on now Wink

You didn't know that? You have to have a certain kit setup when you play a certain genre. Otherwise, how else will you look like every other band on stage on any given night? Laughing

It's like bringing a 3 or 4 piece to play a Power Metal show.

Would just look odd.
