I got a problem. Everytime I strike one of my toms or kick the bass, i get a nasty sound reverbing from my snare. I noticed when i played on other sets thier was no problem.

ur toms might be tuned at a frequency tht agitates the snares. this is a very common problem, so try to tune ur toms a little higher or lower.....or u can always buy the active snare system, i think that cuts the buzz out.

There's no way to get rid of sympathetic hum. You can work with it but it'll always be there. Seldom will it be heard in the FOH (front of house) mix, though.

One of the easiest fixes is detuning the four tensions rods that are on the sides of the snares by one half turn and then tuning the rest back up to get the same overall pitch again.

This is an acoustical problem, and happens all the time. There's really not much that one can do to stop it. It's caused by the snares on the bottom reverberating due to the sound from the drums. One solution I have seen is to tape the snares to the bottom. Yes, it presses them against the head, but also prevents them from moving around, therefore negating the reverb. But this problem is a thing that just happens.
