That's a beautiful drumset. If I had the money, I'd put something like that together. Sooo awesome. Very nice kit man.

Phil-drummer...thanks...I have to go change my underwear too...cause I just pissed my pants!

xdoseonex...me too! It's only there because I'm helpin' another drum brother out. Believe me..I'm the king of OCD when it comes to mismatched shit! The matched China will be back up shortly.

DrumFiend0206...Thank you much! This setup is over 3 years in the making...little by little.

Thank you much people! I only gig with a basic 5 piece...because for anything other than a "big" show...it's a real pain in the nutsack to move the "monster"! And not to mention the nightmare of micing it live in a small club...it just isn't realistic. And besides....the stuff that I've been playing in bands is pretty basic. Just basic groove with some tasty fills here and there...but nothing "mind-blowing". Let me clarify that statement! I love basic groove playing....to me it's the foundation of it all! This set is for me....so I can practice and play what I want on my own time. I call it "Percussion Pornography"!
Another pic from behind the set from a gig this past summer.

I'll take that as a compliment Seandude! I have a drummer bro that works with me...and he rags on me all the time about my setup. I always tell him....hey....you can spend your money foolishly at any time you choose too pal! I gave it up for 11 yrs.....and started from scratch again. It all started with a basic 5 pc set...and a Zildjian ZBT Cymbal pack. 1 by 1 I bought something here and there until it ended up like that. The drums are Yamaha Stage Custom Advantages...a fusion and a standard set mixed together. They are without a doubt the best sounding....and best looking drums I've ever owned. But here's the thing....they are Mid-Level....not top of the line. Ya wouldn't know it....to hear them or see them...but they are just the next line above the "firewood models"! Sure I have some cash tied up in this setup...but it was all little by little....1 piece at a time...here and there. Other than that...Ebay is your friend! I bought the small snare, 14'' floor, mounts, some of the cymbals...all off of Ebay....and at great prices.
