Piccalo snares are small in depth. This snare is a 10x6 so its pretty deep for how small it is in diameter.
Its more of a "popcorn" snare i guess.

Actually FYI, the original "piccolo" snares were about diameter rather than depth. They were anything below the standard 5x14. But yes it is a popcorn snare and the latest piccs are 3x13 or 3.5x13 or 14.
