I've been using the black cams for a long time. I've been messing with the white ones for a few days. They feel heavier. I don't like the red or blue. They feel too light and shifty. My spring tension is pretty high up there but it's not near full tension just because I like to have a lot of power. I moved the power shifter all the way up to the bass drum for more resistance.

I tried all options and arrived at this. It may change in the future.
I have the Black on right now.
strap and power shifter on the center position.
fairly loose tension.
I've switched again. I'm using blue cams with the powershifter all the way back with almost full tension. The blue cams and far back powershifters balance out the full tension so it feels normal. These are the best settings I've had so far. I've had the pedal for nine months.
