 Pearl Powershifter Eliminator
Sucks...
I have a big show to play on Wed and it's falling apart. The part that holds the chain on has to be replaced. Who knows how soon pearl will respond. You can't even contact them direct. I've had things strip on this pedal too.
I'm gonna have to buy a new pedal before the show.
i guess I might get a DW 5002.
They're expensive.

Dude I had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS with this pedal. It fell apart in 2 days and the cams strip like a college girl. Bring it back to where you got it and trade it in for something like the DW or Cobra.
~Best of luck~

Same here. Bought one about 6 years ago, nothing but trouble, always falling apart. Utter shit. Dumped it on eBay and got a DW5000. I wonder how many Pearl endos use Pearl pedals..............?
(Since then i have transferred to Axis....but that's another story!)

I think the only worthy endorser or powershifters (that I know of) is the drummer from Arch Enemy. He's probably gone through a dozen of em in the past years

Thanks Guys,
I spoke to someone at Pearl today and he told me to take it to GC and have them ship it to them.
I'm still gonna have to buy a pedal. I think I'll get the DW 5002 Turbo
I'll probably sell the Pearl after it's fixed.
Virgil Donati,Dennis chambers, Omar Hakim use this pedal but they probably get as many as they want free.

Guitar Center WILL let you return it because of their 30 day money back guarantee. Don't go through the whole send it to pearl deal because it will take too long and the waranty(spelling) will be VOID and you will lose money on a new product which would suck! $0.02
